Next, we tackled the fascia and soffit, replacing the old vinyl with James Hardie trim and soffit boards—all carefully installed and painted white for a clean, crisp contrast to the dark siding.

We installed a new set of French doors, elevating both the aesthetic and functionality of the space.

We also addressed the carport ceiling, finishing it with Hardie panels and painting it a sleek, clean white—giving the area a bright, finished look.
